Teena Genge is the Principal Broker and proud owner of United Country Real Estate – Hawai‘i Lifestyle Properties, the only United Country office in the Hawaiian Islands. In 2025, Teena and her husband, Neal, achieved over $11 million in closed sales, representing clients across Hawai‘i with professionalism, integrity, and aloha.
Working side by side with her husband and business partner, Neal Genge, Teena leads a team known for combining authenticity, hard work, and innovative marketing to deliver a seamless client experience. Neal’s expertise in drone videography and 360° virtual tours helps showcase each listing at its best—together, they bring both beauty and brains to every transaction.
Experience and Local Roots
Originally from Oregon, Teena traded cold winters for the sunshine and sea breezes of Hawai‘i. Her deep appreciation for island life, combined with her years of experience in property management and remodeling, gives her a sharp eye for quality investments. Having personally bought, renovated, and sold homes, Teena understands both the financial and emotional aspects of real estate decisions.
Today, Teena and Neal live on their 11-acre ranch near Nā‘ālehu in the Ka‘ū District, where they balance farm life with their thriving real estate business. Their rural lifestyle gives them firsthand knowledge of properties ranging from residential homes to agricultural land, ranches, and off-grid estates—perfect for clients seeking the island lifestyle.
